Tupelo Honey Cafe to join Town Center of Virginia Beach
Virginia Beach, Virginia — Tupelo Honey Cafe has leased 7,000 sq. ft. at Town Center of Virginia Beach, offering traditional Southern restaurant fare. This second Tupelo Honey Cafe in Virginia will be located at the corner of Constitution Drive and Main Street on the first floor of the newly constructed 4525 Main Street Tower, according to Divaris Real Estate, which leases and manages the center.
This is the seventh new tenant to reveal its opening in the fifth phase at the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Recent announcements of new retailers to join the mixed-use development include West Elm, Anthropologie, Free People, lululemon athletica, Francesca’s and Twist Martini.
Spanning over 17 city blocks, the mixed-use Town Center is the core of the City’s Central Business District. The project is being developed by Armada Hoffler Properties, and delivers a mix of multilevel upscale retail, Class A office, luxury residential, The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and an array of cafes, restaurants and deluxe business hotels.
Ace Hardware to join Spring Creek Village
Dallas — Venture Commercial, an X Team International partner, has completed a lease to bring a 16,000-sq.-ft. Ace Hardware store to Spring Creek Village, located at 7989 Belt Line Road on the northwest corner of Belt Line and Coit Road in north Dallas.
Ace Hardware joins other Spring Creek tenants Just Fitness, Polly DuPont, Citi Bank, and Black-Eyed-Pea.
SRS Real Estate Partners hires senior associate in Orlando
Dallas — SRS Real Estate Partners has hired Danielle M. O’Hara Murphy as a senior associate in the Orlando office. She will primarily focus on providing tenant representation for national retailers, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, investment properties and landlord representation.
O’Hara Murphy previously worked with CBRE, The Staubach Company and JLL.
