Target announces more toy price cuts
MINNEAPOLIS Target announced that it is offering more than 400 additional price cuts on popular toy brands including Fisher Price, Ni Hao Kai Lan, Barbie, LIV, Furreal, Star Wars, Ben 10 and Air Hogs.
“We want to help our guests get the best value within their budget this holiday season,” said Tony Fisher, Target divisional merchandising manager, toys and sporting goods. “With our spectacular savings and assortment of toys and games, gift givers will find everything they need all in one place.”
The retailer also released its holiday toy catalog that includes deals on popular toys from Little People, Fisher Price, Hot Wheels, Tonka, and Leapfrog.
Target matches Walmart DVD promotion
MINNEAPOLIS Target.com has matched Walmart.com’s DVD deals, announcing that it too will offer highly-anticipated DVD titles for $10. In addition, the discounted pre-order DVDs will qualify for free site-to-home shipping.
“This holiday season, and every day of the year, we are committed to ensuring that our guests know they can find outstanding values at Target.com,” said Steve Eastman, president of Target.com.
The $10 DVDs include Star Trek XI, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
