Washington center lands five retailers

Vancouver, Wash. Pine Tree Commercial Realty announced it has signed five new retailers to its Hazel Dell Towne Center in Vancouver, Wash.

Lane Bryant has leased 5,000 sq. ft. in the 400,000-sq.-ft. power center, joined by America’s Best Optical, CitiFinancial, Max Muscle and Balasana Yoga Studios.

Pine Tree Commercial Realty co-owns the center with Henderson Global Investors. Anchors include Kohl’s, Best Buy, Office Depot and Petco.

FlyCast names new CEO

LANCASTER, Pa. FlyCast announced that David Kennedy has joined the company as CEO, effective immediately.

Kennedy has more than 35 years experience in the media industry, most recently as CEO and vice chairman of Interep, and previously as president and CEO of Susquehanna Media Corp.

“I’ve been involved with FlyCast for the past several years, initially as an investor, and I’m very excited now to more directly help this company continue to lead the mobile entertainment revolution,” said Kennedy. “FlyCast’s platform for addressing the rapidly growing mobile customer base is compelling, and increasingly, providers of content recognize the imperative and value of a presence on mobile devices. Having seen the company’s roadmap, it’s clear to me that both consumers and content providers are going to benefit from the remarkable advances that FlyCast will bring to the market in the very near future.
