Wilder Cos. names personnel additions
Boston — The Wilder Cos. said that David P. Morency, CPA joined the company as senior VP finance. In this newly created position Morency is responsible for the finance/accounting functions as well as oversight of the human resource and IT departments.
Most recently Morency was senior VP – finance with Cambridge, Mass.-based Carpenter & Co.
Matt Joyce joined The Wilder Cos. as a Property Manager. His responsibilities for Wilder include a portfolio of shopping centers that extend from the Boston area to Connecticut and New Jersey. He joins the company from KeyPoint Partners.
Lee & Associates names execs
Chicago — Commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates said it has added two senior VPs to its Chicago office.
Joseph Herron and Jason Sorce have both joined Lee & Associates Chicago as part of the firm’s expansion in the Midwest.
The firm also recently added Robyn Smart as a senior advisor in its Indianapolis office.
Herron joins Lee & Associates from Mid-America Real Estate Corp., where he spent 10 years as a retail broker. Sorce was previously with SRS Real Estate Partners and NAI Hiffman.
Omega, Pandora among new retailers at Mall at Short Hills
Short Hills, N.J. — The Mall at Short Hills, in Short Hills, N.J., is now home to new retailers Omega and Pandora, which opened recently in the regional shopping center. Omega opened a flagship store near Nordstrom on the upper level, and jeweler Pandora opened on the lower level near Macy’s.
Victorinox Swiss Army and Vineyard Vines are set to make their New Jersey debut at The Mall at Short Hills. Victorinox Swiss Army will open this fall on the lower level near Neiman Marcus, and neckwear retailer Vineyard Vines will open its first New Jersey boutique at The Mall at Short Hills this fall.
The Mall at Short Hills features Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue.
