Winick adds broker team in Cranford, N.J.
New York — Winick Realty Group has welcomed the broker team of Alison Cohen and Susan Preisler to its New Jersey branch, in Cranford. Cohen and Preisler have been partners for more than a decade, starting up a retail division at Hirschman Realty before moving to Vanguard Realty.
As a team, they specialize in leasing regional shopping centers, a specialty they plan to continue as part of Winick, working with both landlords and tenants.
WinCo announces stores in Idaho and California
Boise, Idaho — WinCo Foods has announced that it will open two new discount supermarkets on November 7. The stores are located in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho and in Norco, Calif. and span 75,000 sq. ft. and 65,000 sq. ft. respectively.
WinCo Foods is an employee owned company founded in 1967 in Boise. The company operates 90 stores and four distribution centers in Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, Utah and Arizona. A fifth distribution center is under construction in Phoenix, Ariz. WinCo plans to enter the Texas market in early 2014 with stores in Ft. Worth and McKinney.
Red Robin opens in Secaucus, N.J., and Cincinnati
Greenwood Village, Colo. — Red Robin Gourmet Burgers has announced that it will open two new restaurants, one in Secaucus, N.J., and another in the Cincinnati metro area. To help celebrate the grand opening of the new restaurants, the company will donate the proceeds of all sales of its signature Freckled Lemonade during the two restaurants’ first week of operation to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding cures for kids with cancer.
There are more than 480 Red Robin restaurants across the U.S. and Canada, including those operating under franchise agreements.
