C-store operator puts enhanced labor planning on schedule

Global Partners LP is streamlining its workflows for workforce management.

The independent operator of nearly 300 convenience stores throughout the Northeast including Alltown, Alltown Fresh, XtraMart, Honey Farms, and Jiffy Mart, is rolling out Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimize labor planning. Global Partners is also implementing the Reflexis Time & Attendance and Employee Self-Service solutions.

Global Partners sought to increase scheduling accuracy and improve engagement for store associates and managers. With the workforce scheduler solution, the company can more efficiently forecast workload demand, more rapidly generate accurate schedules, and create more precise labor budgets.

C-store retailer United Dairy Farmers Inc. (UDF) also recently implemented the Reflexis Workforce Scheduler solution to simplify associate scheduling and forecasting. By combining Workforce Scheduler with Reflexis employee self-service and advanced analytics and reporting software, Cincinatti-based UDF seeks to empower store associates and managers to take more control of scheduling activities.
