Rockler improves store workflow with Reflexis
Medina, Minn. – Rockler Woodworking and Hardware has improved store workflow by implementing the ReflexisPlus and StoreWalk for ReflexisPlus task management and retail store auditing solutions. Rockler, which provides woodworking and do-it-yourself supplies, tools, and media implemented the Reflexis store execution and compliance solutions in three weeks in its 29 stores located across the U.S.
ReflexisPlus provides a preconfigured “system that supports retailers’ organizational structure, projects, and tasks. The cloud-based ReflexisPlus solution is for companies with 150 or fewer stores.
“RelexisPlus had exactly what we were looking for to improve store workflow throughout the week, and streamline communications from the home office to stores,” said Dana Busch, VP of retail operations. “Through the tool, we’ve been able to eliminate multiple emails, set clear priorities for the stores, and assign projects and tasks directly to the staff responsible with specific requirements for completion. Instacart uses Zebra IoT solution for cloud printing
San Francisco – Instacart is utilizing Zebra's hosted Zatar Internet of Things (IoT) platform for cloud printing and device management of Zebra printers. This new solution allows Instacart to print labels at locations across the U.S. securely and accurately.
Instacart chose to use the Zatar IoT platform for its ability to connect to and control devices in third-party locations via an API. The solution connects Instacart's printers to the cloud and enables the organization to interact with, monitor and manage Zebra printers globally.
The Zatar platform is an application enablement platform that supports both Zebra devices and third-party devices to enable IoT solutions. Zebra's partner, American Barcode and RFID Inc. will also be offering advanced services and support, as well as a managed services offering for the entire solution, leveraging Zatar.
"Zatar has allowed us to remotely manage a network of Zebra printers and generate our labels,” said Seth Bertemthal, city launcher, Instacart. “Through an API integration with Zatar, we now have the ability to print labels in multiple locations across the country. This was accomplished in an easy roll-out with Zebra's excellent support along the way."
