The 10 most innovative companies in retail are…

2/20/2019
An online upstart that uses a mix of algorithmic and human curation to deliver boxes of clothing with the correct fit tops Fast Company’s annual ranking of the 10 most innovative retail companies.

The ranking combines familiar retail powerhouses Target and Nike with such fast-rising digital natives as Stitch Fix (No. 1 on the list), Zola and Brandless. Also making the list are less familiar players such as CaaStle, a clothing-as-a-service platform that partners with traditional retailers to create a rental service — complete with dry cleaning services — for their clothes.

Here is a brief review of the Fast Company retail rankings (click here for the full story.)

3. Zola: For making wedding planning as joyful as the wedding

4. Shopify: For giving anyone the same tools as the retail giants

5. Iris Nova (Dirty Lemon): For turning texting into the next great retail channel
