C-store chain makes scheduling more convenient
Scheduling is just a tap away at Royal Farms.
The Baltimore-based convenience store retailer, which operates over 200 stores and has more than 5,000 employees across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, has selected Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimize labor scheduling. The mobile-first solution design gives managers and store associates on-the-go access to the scheduling process and advanced capabilities including self-service.
By rolling out Reflexis Workforce Scheduler, Royal Farms seeks to improve the customer experience while giving associates greater flexibility and input on work schedules.

Discount retailer Big Lots also recently deployed workforce management technology from Reflexis to increase visibility into store-level execution, reduce labor complexities, and automate time-consuming manual tasks. Along with increasing productivity and customer service in stores, Big Lots is seeking to reduce associate turnover with improved scheduling.
