RadioShack to roll out Apple Pay, starting in five markets

Fort Worth, Texas Starting next week, RadioShack will roll out its initial launch of Apple Pay at more than 900 RadioShack locations in five key markets: Manhattan, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Additional markets will be announced in 2015. RadioShack customers will be able to conveniently make purchases and check out using Apple Pay. Shoppers hold their iPhone near the contactless reader while keeping a finger on Touch ID. In participating stores, Apple Pay will work with iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch, upon availability.
