Equity/ECS, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has named three new senior vice presidents.

TJ Drought will be based in the Columbus, Ohio, office, bringing long experience in strategy development and both landlord and tenant representation. He formerly served as president/director of leasing for Washington Prime Group.

Sloane Nichols focuses on office and medical space leasing, and is a veteran of both CBRE and Colliers International. She will team with fellow senior VP Elaine Gillespie to form Equity/ECS’s first brokerage team focused on office and medical space in Cincinnati.

Jeff Patterson returns to the company as the Orlando market director after having been a top producer at Equity from 2011-2015, completing more than 500 leases during his career. Before his return, he served as co-founder of Patterson Miler Commercial Real Estate.

“TJ, Sloane, and Jeff have extensive experience and specialized knowledge in commercial real estate that will allow us to amplify the client experience in their respective markets,” said Equity/ECS CEO Steve Wathen.
