Green, Hoffman partner to focus on integrated mixed-use project feasibility

7/12/2015

Phoenix -- Jeff Green, president of Jeff Green Partners, and Jerry Hoffman, president of Hoffman Strategy Group, have announced a formal collaboration to expand their companies’ work on complex, mixed-use feasibility research including retail, residential, office and hotel uses.

“There is no such thing as a single-use project anymore,” said Green. “Today, too many professionals in our industry are still working independently and then piecing developments together. Our goal is to help developers, municipalities, universities, and others see the big picture and arm them with the insights that can drive success from the beginning.”

Green and Hoffman have worked together on a variety of projects over the past several years, a sample of which includes studies for the University of Chicago, development company OliverMcMillan, REIT Equity One, Inc. and the City of Pittsburg, Kansas.

By formalizing their partnership, they can better provide a comprehensive research approach to the feasibility and planning of mixed-use developments.

“Incorporating various demand components into projects is where we’ve seen the most growth in our industry over the past several years,” explained Hoffman. “When we have all of the elements working together, it adds value for consumers and developers by combining such uses as retail, residential, office, hotel and medical tenants.”

Hoffman Strategy Group brings to the table a broad and substantial background in economic and market analysis to maximizing a development’s potential, as well as specific expertise in successfully integrating mixed uses into retail projects.

Jeff Green Partners is a nationally recognized leader in retail real estate feasibility, including significant experience working with all stakeholders in a variety of projects from shopping center development and repositioning to retailer expansion and location assessment.
