Hamilton Quarter in Columbus set to open this fall
A new mixed-use facility in Columbus, Ohio, should be up and running to serve the population of Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center when it opens.
With construction well underway, Casto’s Hamilton Quarter project expects to open its first phase this fall, welcoming tenants including Target, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Aqua Tots Swim School, Beerhead Bar & Eatery, and Great Clips.
Some 250,000 sq. ft. of GLA will be available in the 40-acre retail component that is directly adjacent to the Wexner Center’s planned 31-acre medical campus, expected to top out at between 400,000 sq. ft. and 500,000 sq. ft. when complete.
Casto reports that nearly 90% of the retail space is spoken for, but that there still exist a number of highly visible locations available on the Hamilton Road side of the complex.
