JLL adds two senior execs to Chicago office
JLL has made a bold move to grow its retail advisory practice in Chicagoland by naming two new senior vice presidents.
Shannon Pope and Patrick Owens both join JLL from Transwestern, where they managed expansion strategies for tenants including Chase Bank, AMC Theatres, and Tuesday Morning. The two also have built in retail health care on behalf of Tenet Healthcare and Ascension Healthcare in Illinois and Indiana.
“With Shannon and Patrick now with us as partners, we plan to build around their collective medical expertise to expand our retail service offering and grow the healthcare aspect of our business – a segment we believe is poised for explosive growth,” added Naveen Jaggi, president of retail advisory services and capital markets at JLL.
