K.C. Bills, who joined Phillips Edison & Company just two years ago, has been chosen to take the lead on the sourcing and development of the nationwide operator of grocery-anchored centers.

Bills, who was VP of investments at Trammel Crow prior to joining PECO, will carry the title of VP of portfolio management and development, and will continue in his previous duties overseeing properties in the Western region.

“K.C. has strengthened retailer relationships, guided the cross-functional team focused on PECO’s western properties, and identified numerous development opportunities since joining us in 2017,” said senior VP Joe Schlosser.

Bills holds an MBA in finance and real estate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in management from the School of Engineering and Technology at Brigham Young University.
