Del Frisco’s Steakhouse has sold its 16,152-sq.-ft. restaurant at 9150 International Drive in Orlando for $15.1 million, according to Stan Johnson Company, which brokered the sale.

Amzak Capital Management acquired the free-standing building and parking lot, which sits across the street from a restaurant and retail complex close by the Orange County Convention Center.

“This was a win for both buyer and seller. Del Frisco’s is maintaining long-term operational control of the asset, while the buyer now owns a truly generational real estate investment,” said David Annett, associate director of Stan Johnson’s Tulsa office.
