Owens named VP of leasing at CBL

Long-time CBL Properties veteran Randy Owens has been named VP of leasing at the big mall owner, CEO Stephen Lebovitz announced.

In his new role, Owens will lead the national account and portfolio renewal team and will play a key leadership role in CBL’s leasing operation.

“During his 30 years with CBL, Randy has nurtured relationships with key national retailers throughout our portfolio. He has also completed deals with a number of expanding retailers including CBL’s first Ulta Beauty store in 2011,” Lebovitz said.

Owens started his career at CBL in 1988 as a district leasing manager in CBL’s Community Center Leasing Division. In 2002, he was promoted to senior leasing manager and in 2007, to regional leasing director.
