Hamilton Quarter, a new project combining 250,000 sq. ft. of retail with 500,000 sq. ft. of medical and office space near the New Albany Business Park in Columbus, is welcoming a new raft of retailers.

Brands set to open in February include Aqua Tots, Nail Boutique, Great Clips, Clean Juice, Shred 416, Sprint, and City Barbeque. GLAMhouse and Beerhead Bar & Eatery are expected to follow later in the quarter

Owned, leased, and managed by Columbus-based Casto, the retail project is anchored by a 125,000-sq.-ft. Target Next Generation store and a 55,000- sq.-ft. Hobby Lobby. The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center will be opening the first phase of its office and ambulatory care facility at Hamilton Quarter in the summer of 2021.

“We have strategically sought out tenants that will be great additions to the project while bringing retail amenities, services and experiences to the community,” said Eric Leibowitz, Casto’s VP of development and leasing.

Preparations for Hamilton Quarter’s second phase are underway, Casto reports, and will include additional retail and outparcel opportunities.
