Joann Stores drives store traffic with mobile solution

Joann Stores is driving incremental in-store visits and revenue with location-based mobile advertising.

With the retail industry and consumers shifting to a mobile-first mindset, the arts and crafts retailer realized it needed a mobile solution to achieve incremental offline revenue and increase store visits. Joann subsequently partnered with Teemo to use its location-based advertising solution. The solution has created an “always-on” strategy that immediately delivered positive, verifiable results for the retailer.

Teemo’s cost-per-visit model enabled Joann to drive efficient foot traffic at scale. The results led to a 35% boost in return-on-ad-spend and a boost in store traffic.
