Kenneth Cole joins optimized digital experience trend

Fashion and footwear retailer Kenneth Cole Productions is looking to provide customers with the best e-commerce environment possible.

By leveraging the ShopRunner platform, Kenneth Cole intends to provide digital customers with seamless online checkout, as well as features like free two-day shipping and free returns. On the back end, ShopRunner will provide the brand with data-based customer insights and digital network tools.

All four of the company’s banners – Kenneth Cole New York; Reaction Kenneth Cole; Unlisted, A Kenneth Cole Production; and Gentle Souls by Kenneth Cole – will base their e-commerce activities on ShopRunner. Kenneth Cole plans to prioritize e-commerce experience and growth this year.
