King of Prussia Mall, north of Philadelphia, is the nation's fifth largest.

Several leading luxury brands will be among 20-plus new store openings in progress at King of Prussia Mall, Simon’s high-performing property in the northern Philadelphia suburbs.

Versace has already opened a 3,158-square-foot boutique focused on ready-to-wear, accessories, and shoes for women and men. Fixtures throughout the boutique are finished with polished gold metal and white ceramic, walls are decorated by fluted panels, and areas featuring blue carpet are complemented by velvet seating.

Fragrance retailer Creed, fashion footwear brand Stuart Weitzman, and high-end outerwear purveyor Canada Goose have also joined the luxury lineup at King of Prussia.

Brands adding new or additional locations at the fifth largest mall in the United States include Burberry, Oliver Peoples, Nike, Alo Yoga, Face Foundrie, and Robert Graham.

Brilliant Earth, which has been turning up in several premier malls this year, has opened a showroom offering bridal styles and one-on-one appointments with jewelry specialists.

“Expanding on the success of our existing showrooms, we are strategically moving into spaces with higher foot traffic and larger consumer footprints,” said Kathryn Money, Brilliant Earth’s SVP of merchandising and retail expansion in a press release.

The Eataly collection of Italian restaurants and food shops heads the bill of new members of the mall’s food and beverage lineup. Others include Real Fruit Bubble Tea, Lazy Dog, The Marketplace Eatery, and Chicken Guy!—a quick-service chicken tender concept from celebrity chef Guy Fieri and restaurateur Robert Earl.

Other newcomers set to open at King of Prussia include:

Evereve: Specialty apparel for women 30-to-60 stocking up to 60 premium brands

Venchi: Italian chocolate and gelato

The Inspiration Co.:  Jewelry, gifts, and apparel

Dr. Martens: Footwear

Penn Leather: Leather jackets, boots, and helmets

Paradise Grills: Outdoor kitchens, Hibachis, tiki huts, and patio furniture
