Relive Health offers IV nutrient therapy and Botox and stem cell treatments.

Residents of New Jersey, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia who haven’t heard of hormone replacement therapy likely soon will.

Relive Health, a 14-location wellness and anti-aging chain that employs vitamin therapy, medical aesthetics and hormone optimization is underway on a 25-store expansion that will introduce 10 locations to the four states mentioned above.

In partnership with Empire Portfolio Group—a health and wellness operator of more than 140 Orangetheory Fitness centers—Relive Health will also add six new clinics in Florida, five in Tennessee, and two in Texas.

One of Relive Health’s first Northeast locations will be at Rutherford Commons in East Rutherford, N.J.,--close by Met Life Stadium--where Orangetheory and Massage Envy reside alongside Lowe’s, Starbucks and Vitamin Shoppe.

“Adding Relive Health to this center is a terrific complement to our fitness, dining and essential retail offerings,” said Justin Lustig, VP of leasing for Rutherford Commons’ operator Urban Edge Properties. “With this deal, our partnership with Empire Portfolio Group continues to grow, benefitting the communities we serve by offering high-quality, in-demand services.”

Relive will operate in a 3,679-sq.-ft. space at the center and provide a wide range of services that include laser hair removal and skin resurfacing, IV-applied essential nutrient therapy, medical aesthetics such as Botox, and regenerative medicine employing Mesenchymal stem cells capable of repairing bone and cartilage.

The chain sells tailored contracts to members that begin at $99 a month.

With Empire Portfolio Group, Relive Health foresees an opportunity to open more than 100 locations to people extend their “healthspans”—the length of time that they can stay relatively healthy.

Relive Health was founded in Florida in 2017 by chiropractor Domenic Iacovone. He later took a partner in Jerome Kern, who helped develop Orangetheory Fitness and European Wax Center and who owned and operated Massage Envy franchises.
