The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is streamlining digital delivery orders for users of its rewards app.
The retailer is launching a redesigned version of its “The Coffee Bean” rewards app that provides direct in-app delivery and a simplified user experience. The tens of thousands of users of the app can now order for delivery directly from the 139 The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations across California and Arizona.
Other new features of the app include earning points and using rewards for digital orders at in-store prices; the ability to scan, earn points and redeem rewards directly from the home screen; a new reward counter making it easier for members to see how close they are to their next reward; a streamlined order-ahead menu where customers can skip the line; an enhanced customization menu for pickup and delivery orders; and an upgraded search menu.
