Children’s Place Completes Disney Deal

Secaucus, N.J., The Children’s Place Retail Stores Inc. has completed its acquisition of the Disney Store’s North American chain of 313 stores. The retailer said it expected the Disney Store subsidiary to add about 30? per share to its earnings in fiscal 2005. They are expected to come in at about $1.90 a share.
