Target in deal with new women’s brand

Target Corp. has landed another new online brand.

Flamingo, a new women’s body care brand launched late last year by men’s grooming start-up Harry’s, will make its brick-and-mortar debut at Target. Specifically designed for women, the line includes products for before, during and after shaving or waxing. (Target has carried Harry’s shaving products since 2016.)

“Target is always looking for exciting digitally native brands to bring to our guests,” said Christina Hennington, senior VP of beauty, essentials, hardlines and services at Target. “First Harry’s launched in 2016, wowing our male guests, and now we can’t wait for our female guests to try Flamingo, the new line of shave and wax products created specifically for their needs.”

In addition to Harry’s, other online only brands that have landed at Target include Casper (mattresses) and Bark (dog toys).
