JLL hiring in Austin

Austin, Texas — Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Todd Wallace and Robert O’Farrell to lead its retail brokerage practice in Austin, Texas. Wallace joins the firm as an executive VP and O’Farrell will serve as a senior VP.



“We’re committed to growing our local market retail practice in key hubs around the United States,” said Greg Maloney, president and CEO of Retail, Jones Lang LaSalle.



Both come to JLL from SRS Real Estate Partners. O’Farrell served as senior VP and specialized in tenant representation, lease negotiations, site acquisition, project analysis and dispositions initiatives for clients such as Target, In N Out Burger, USAA, Bridgestone/Firestone, Verizon Wireless, FedEx Office, Family Christian and Goodwill Industries.



Wallace has represented national and regional retailers with their expansion and disposition needs. Retail brands served include J.C. Penney, Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us, Academy Sports & Outdoors and Raising Cane’s.
