Jones Lang LaSalle names Midwest team additions

Chicago -- Jones Lang LaSalle announced the addition of Larry Kilduff, Claire Bitautas and Anne Imming to its retail team.



Kilduff will serve as a VP and the retail management lead in the Midwest. Bitautas and Imming will serve as VPs on the brokerage team focusing on the downtown and suburban Chicago market. In their new roles they will partner with Midwest retail market lead Mark Hunter.



Kilduff previously owned and operated two retail real estate development companies and worked with retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, Sears, Bon-Ton, Kohl’s and J.C. Penney. He has collaborated with REITs and developers including DDR, Weingarten Realty, Kimco, CBL & Associates and GGP.



Bitautas served as VP at NAI Hiffman where she was responsible for the leasing of 16 properties including OakBrook Promenade and worked on developments in Chicago, Wilmette, St. Charles, Geneva, Roselle, Naperville and Hinsdale.



Imming served as a senior associate at NAI Hiffman. She specializes in market intelligence and strategic planning.
