RKF announces two promotions in Northern New Jersey office

Rutherford, N.J. -- RKF announced that two brokerage professionals have been promoted in its New Jersey office. Glenn Beyer has been promoted from managing director to senior managing director, while Conor O’Hara was promoted from canvasser to associate.



Beyer represents several landlords in the Northern New Jersey marketplace, including Toll Brothers, Scotto Properties, Excess Space Retail Services, and The Silverman Group. His retail clients include Visionworks, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Doctors Express, Barcelona Wine Bar, Oritani Bank, Moxie Blowdry & Beauty Bar, and Mara’s Cafe & Bakery.



O’Hara has supported the New Jersey brokerage team on both landlord and tenant representation through market research and new business opportunity identification. In his new role as associate, O’Hara is currently marketing several properties on behalf of owners, including 15 Grand Avenue in Englewood and 401 South Avenue West in Westfield.
