Ross Dress for Less has big plans Oct. 10

10/2/2015

Whatever you have planned for Saturday, Oct. 10, specialty apparel retailer Ross Dress for Less will probably be busier.

The Ross Stores Inc. banner is opening six new stores, including three in a new market, as well as relocating a store.

Most notably, Ross will open its first stores in Wisconsin on Oct. 10. The three stores are located in the cities of Brookfield, Eau Claire and West Allis. The 25,000-sq.-ft. Brookfield store is in Shoppers World of Brookfield, while the 22,000-sq.-ft. West Allis store is located in West Allis Towne Centre. The Eau Claire store will measure 23,000-sq.-ft.

In addition, Ross will open a 20,000-sq.-ft. store in Duncan Town Square in Duncan, Oklahoma, a 24,000-sq.-ft. store in the Capital Mall in Jefferson City, Missouri, and a 27,000-sq.-ft. store in Southgate Plaza in Sacramento, California. Ross will also relocate its 25,000-sq.-ft. store from within the existing enclosed Gateway Mall in Springfield, Oregon to the main entrance of the mall’s newly redeveloped open-air concept.

These openings are part of the retailer’s 2015 expansion program, totaling approximately 70 new locations during the year. The Sacramento store marks Ross’ 273rd location in California, its largest state as well as the site of parent company Ross Stores corporate headquarters in Dublin.
