Stiles Realty hires industry vet as senior associate

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. -- Nicole Messer has joined the retail group of Stiles Realty as senior retail associate. In this role, Messer will focus primarily on developing third-party retail leasing and investment sales business in the Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami markets.



Messer brings more than 14 years of experience to Stiles Realty. Most recently, she founded NM Commercial Realty where she was responsible for a 615,000-sq.-ft. portfolio of office and retail properties in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Messer has completed transactions withnational and international clients including State Farm, Amscot and Crocs.
