UCR Investment Sales closes on sale of Arlington Park Square

Arlington, Texas --UCR Investment Sales, a division of UCR, announced the sale of Arlington Park Square, a 94,125-sq.-ft. value-add specialty retail center located in Arlington, Texas.



Arlington Park Square is located at the northeast corner of South Cooper Street and West Arbrook Boulevard, and is anchored by The Parks at Arlington Mall and shadow-anchored by Fitness Connection. The property was 47% occupied at the time of sale, and five retail pad sites, including ground leases for Jack in the Box, Rockfish Seafood Grill and Raising Cane’s, were also a part of the transaction.



TriMarsh Properties purchased the retail center for an undisclosed price.
