Badgley Mischka is unifying its customer’s store and payment accounts as it streamlines online purchasing.
The vertical retailer of women’s apparel and footwear is rolling out the Bolt SSO Commerce platform to enable single sign-on for omnichannel shopping, as well as one-click online checkout. Leveraging Bolt SSO Commerce functionality, a customer can create both a Bolt account for one-click checkout and a store account for the retailer through a simple checkbox option.
The solution combines the benefits shoppers receive with a Badgley Mischka store account, such as being able to track orders, view purchase history and earn loyalty points, with secure, one-click checkout across the Bolt retail network, which includes e-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
As a result, Badgley Mischka customers no longer have to separately log into their store account to gain access to their order history, and then enter their network or payment account to complete a digital purchase at checkout.
