Zadig & Voltaire will more closely align allocation and replenishment with demand.

The French-based global luxury retailer, which operates 11 stores in New York and a U.S. e-commerce site, is deploying Aptos Planning for its network of 350-plus stores across 30 countries.

In-season, Aptos Planning will provide Zadig & Voltaire with the ability to optimize the allocation of products to stores and then replenish based on current demand. The solution will also help planners identify which products are over- and underperforming per location, triggering a mechanism of inventory balance that optimizes stock levels throughout the network and availability in-store.

Merchandisers visiting Zadig & Voltaire’s Paris showrooms to preview a seasonal collection will be able to select the best products for their countries, combining their knowledge of the market with direction received from the planning system. Pre-buying, Aptos Planning will support the retailer’s central team in setting targets and recommendations based on budget and open-to-buy projections.”

“The ability to leverage this newfound intelligence coming from the market will help us be better aligned with our customers while fully maximizing the power of our new collections,” said Cecile Bonin, purchaser at Zadig & Voltaire. “In general, with Aptos, we will move from a situation of heterogeneous planning systems to a centralized platform. We expect this will further increase process transparency, orchestration and the consistency of our offer across countries.”
