Tommy Bahama has found a way to visually engage its sales teams.

By adopting an online and mobile sales automation solution within the BlueCherry Enterprise Suite of solutions, the specialty retailer’s sales and customer service associates and designers now have access to real-time inventory data. Specifically, the BlueCherry B2B app gives them more visual insight into merchandise as they interact with buyers and capture wholesale orders online.

Overall, the company was looking for a simplified application that would deliver up-to-the-minute product inventory data to its sales team members. These expanded capabilities will allow Tommy Bahama to easily access accurate, real-time sales analysis, order status and inventory online.

It will also provide the company’s global sales teams with the ability to visually engage buyers, promote products, select assortments and receive confirmed orders on any device in real-time, according to Tommy Bahama.

“With multiple products available through multiple channels, it is essential for our business to have real-time access to merchandise,” said Raymond Brown, senior director of wholesale operations, Tommy Bahama. “By adding BlueCherry B2B, our sales reps can quickly create visual assortments that match their buyer’s requirements and present them online or in person.”
