The BFC Partners project will open the 340,000 sq. ft. retail project in phases starting on April 18, with the vast majority of tenants open for business in the summer.

Empire Outlets will also feature a 40,000-sq.-ft. food and beverage deck with views of Manhattan. Dining spots will include Mamoun’s Falafel, Wasabi Steak & Sushi, Shake Shack, Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque, Artichoke Basille’s Pizza, Nathan’s Famous, and MRKTPL, a 12,723-sq.-ft. food hall.
