FullBeauty Brands continues to expand its presence in the $81 billion women’s plus-sized sector, which is growing three times faster than the broader women’s apparel market.

The company has acquired acquired Dia & Co., an online size-inclusive fashion marketplace that also offers a personal styling experience. It’s FullBeauty’s third acquisition in less than a year, following its purchases of digitally native intimates brand Cuup and fashion brand Eloquii, which was previously owned by Walmart. Both brands are size-inclusive.

Dia’s online marketplace will be integrated into FullBeauty’s new digital mall, adding hundreds of size-inclusive brands. The company’s personal styling experience will remain available to existing Dia customers and also be offered to FullBeauty customers across all of its brands.

“We are excited to welcome Dia to the FullBeauty Brands family, which we believe will further our leading position in size-inclusive fashion and as the one-stop destination for great fitting, quality, on-trend, size-inclusive apparel,” said Jim Fogarty, CEO, FullBeauty. “As we look to grow and scale, Dia will vastly increase brand offerings in our digital mall, and we are excited to bring the unique personal styling experience to all of our customers.”

Lydia Gilbert, co-founder of Dia & Co., will join FullBeauty and oversee the Dia styling business within the FullBeauty portfolio. Other key members of the Dia marketplace team will also join FullBeauty.

“We’re not just a styling service anymore,” said Gilbert. “Our new and improved site is now home to thousands of brands and must-have styles. Whether you shop on your own or with a stylist, we promise to bring customers real choices, with no compromises, and all the best styles in your size every single time.”

FullBeauty said it is on a mission to accelerate its growth with new, diverse demographics. Its traditional digital mall will continue to house all the brands from the FullBeauty portfolio, while the new digital mall is home to contemporary newcomers Eloquii, Cuup, June+Vie, Swimsuits for All, and now Dia’s online marketplace.

The company’s universal cart technology allows shoppers to browse and buy from all the brands within the digital mall in one shopping experience and transaction.

FullBeauty’s brands of fashion websites include OneStopPlus, desribed as the world’s first and largest online shopping destination for plus-size women; Catherines; WomanWithin; Jessica London; Roaman’s; SwimsuitsForAll; Ellos; Active For All;Shoes for All; Intimates for All; KingSize; Bryland Home; June + Vie; CurveWear; Eloquii; Cuup, FullBeauty; and FullBeauty Outlet, collectively offering more than 100 individual brands.
