With its latest store opening, apparel brand J.McLaughlin is expanding its presence in the Midwest.

The brand has opened its first-ever store in Nebraska, at Loveland Center in Omaha, adding to its footprint of more than 170 locations across the country. Shoppers will find a wide selection of J.McLaughlin men’s and women’s apparel and accessories at the store, including shirts, pants, outwear, business attire and more.

“We are thrilled to open our first location in Nebraska in the Loveland Center,” stated Kevin McLaughlin, co-founder and chief creative officer at J.McLaughlin. “This part of the midwest is uncharted for us and being in the recently awarded Loveland Shopping Center felt like the right place. We have had a loyal customer base in Omaha for many years and we are excited for this opportunity to better serve them and weave ourselves into this wonderful community.”

J.McLaughlin said Loveland Center was selected “for its strategic positioning and alignment with the brand's vision.”

"The addition of J.McLaughlin at Loveland Center further elevates our commitment to offering the best-in-class shopping experience,” said Rachel Slosburg Kramer, principal at Loveland Center. “As a dedicated shopper myself, I am delighted to welcome such an iconic brand to our center, complementing other fabulous apparel retailers like The Fold.”

Last month, J.McLaughlin opened its second ever men’s-only store in Palm Beach, Fla., and shared plans to open more in the future.

Founded in New York in 1977 by brothers Kevin and Jay McLaughlin, J. McLaughlin is owned by private equity firm Brentwood Associates.
