Baker Katz acquires The Heights-area property

Houston -- Real estate brokerage Baker Katz, an X Team International partner, announced it has acquired 310 West 19th Street in The Heights neighborhood of Houston.

The freestanding building has 4,120 sq. ft. of space and is currently occupied by Southern Dental.

“We’ve been tracking this area for some time because of the residential and commercial growth it has experienced over the past 10 years,” said co-principal Kenneth Katz. “This property has a prime location in a busy section of town, making it the perfect investment for us.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
