DRA Advisors acquires Streets of Brentwood

Dallas -- SRS Real Estate Partners said it represented Brentwood Specialty Center, LLC in the sale of The Streets of Brentwood to a partnership between New York City-based DRA Advisors and RED Legacy out of Kansas City.



The 305,428-sq.-ft. lifestyle center, located in Brentwood, Calif., sold for $72.1 million. It is anchored by a 14-screen Rave Theater and features tenants such as REI, Banana Republic, DSW, Ulta Cosmetics, Ann Taylor and Jos. A. Bank. The property sale also included a parcel of developable land approved for Phase II and 110,000 sq. ft. of additional retail space.
