Fameco announces staff additions

Plymouth Meeting, Pa. -- Fameco Real Estate announced that it has hired three new salespeople and has expanded its property management group with the hire of a new property management accountant and several internal moves to better support its growth.



The newest addition to the Plymouth Meeting office is Rich Guthridge, who previously served as an intern at Fameco. Haley Samsi has joined the Center City office, after having served as the retail outreach manager for Philadelphia’s Center City District. Fameco’s Woodbridge, N.J., office has welcomed Martin Khait, who worked in Fameco’s Center City office as part of his collegiate work/study program.



As well, Fameco’s Management division has increased the size of its portfolio with the addition of several assignments including Stanbery Development’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey shopping center portfolio and other assignments from Philadelphia- based owners. To help manage the additional assignments, Doug Spinler has joined the team as a property management accountant. He spent the past two years at Stoltz Management Co. In an internal move, Albert Yaghooty has been promoted to property management accounting supervisor.



Fameco’s corporate office has moved, effective Aug. 6, to Conshohocken, Pa.
