KeyPoint extends Kohl’s lease at The Crossings

Burlington, Mass. — Kohl’s Department Store has signed a long-term renewal at The Crossings in Newington, N.H., according to KeyPoint Partners, the firm that manages and leases the center.



KeyPoint also recently signed Ulta Beauty and Trader Joe’s as new tenants.



The 475,000-sq.-ft. Crossings is adjacent to the Fox Run Mall at the heart of the vibrant Newington/Portsmouth retail market. Other tenants include Old Navy, Best Buy, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Kitchen & Company, Staples, Michaels, Five Below and Toys ‘R’ Us. The Crossings also features 15-screen, stadium seating, surround-sound Regal Cinema.
