Marcus & Millichap names senior director of National Retail Group

St. Louis --Marcus & Millichap announced that Brett Chetek has rejoined the firm as senior director of the National Retail Group in the firm’s St. Louis office.



Most recently, Chetek was senior VP at CBRE. He specializes in capital market advisory services and representing institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. His experience spans single assets and multi-market portfolios, and includes expertise in equity placement, market research, portfolio planning, property marketing and valuations.
