New retail leases signed at Shops at Highland Village

Highland Village, Texas -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Highland Village, Texas, to two new merchants at The Shops at Highland Village.



Delta Dental Insurance Co. has leased 10,678 sq. ft. of office space, and children’s apparel retailer Addison June Baby Boutique has leased 2,419 sq. ft.



The 352,000-sq.-ft., mixed-use lifestyle center is anchored by an AMC 12 Theatre and Barnes & Noble Booksellers, plus national retailers such as Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bath & Body Works and Potbelly Sandwich Works.
