12/12/2014

New York - New York City’s first outlet center is expected to transform the Staten Island waterfront when it opens in 2016 adjacent to the 630-ft.-high New York observation wheel on the New York Harbor.

Earlier this year, Nordstrom Rack announced it will officially join the tenant lineup as an anchor of the BFC Partners’ outlet mall. The 34,000-sq.-ft. store is slated to open fall 2016, anchoring an estimated 100 retail outlet stores planned for the 1 million-sq.-ft. waterfront development that will include a 200-room hotel and 40,000 sq. ft. of restaurant space.
