Dallas --The Shops at Park Lane, Dallas, has inked deals with seven new retailers and restaurants, with openings slated for late 2014 and into spring of 2015.

Starbucks and Zoë’s Kitchen will open spring 2015 and will serve as anchors for the new community park and five-story office building, both of which are currently under construction. The flagship Starbucks will have a larger footprint of 2,500 sq. ft. in a stand-alone building anchoring The Shops at Park Lane’s community park. The building will feature three sides of glass, a live “green” roof and a large patio overlooking the park. The store will feature Starbuck’s newest offerings, which are being test-marketed nationwide.

Zoë’s Kitchen will occupy 2,700 sq. ft. on the north end of the new community park and will feature an outdoor patio facing the park.

As well, two new fitness studios, Zynn22 and Studio 6, have both signed leases. Other additions include Bar Louie, an eclectic urban bar, which is expected to open in Nov. 2014 on the upper level between Old Navy and Ulta Cosmetics. DXL will be located in the new development adjacent to the park, which is expected to open in March 2015. And Unleashed by Petco, a boutique pet store concept by Petco, will occupy a space on the upper level of The Shops at Park Lane.

"We are thrilled to add the latest additions to our growing list of tenants at The Shops and Park Lane,” said Sandy Spurgin, VP of Northwood Retail. The Shops at Park Lane boasts 520,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and will complete a new development in spring 2015 that will add a five-story, 150,000-sq.-ft. building containing 120,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space with 30,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail, two freestanding restaurant buildings and an outdoor plaza.
