SPL Realty secures 11 leases for Lorna Jane’s U.S. expansion in California

Santa Monica, Calif. -- SPL Realty Partners, exclusively representing Australian women’s activewear retailer Lorna Jane, announced 11 leases have been secured for Lorna Jane’s expansion into the United States.



The retail sites are located throughout the Southern California region including stores in Santa Monica, Woodland Hills, Glendale, Irvine and Huntington Beach.



A warehouse was also secured for the support of the network of retail stores and online fulfillment in Santa Monica, Calif.



Joining its existing stores in Malibu and Marina Del Rey, new stores have opened or will open soon at Santa Monica Place; The Promenade at Westlake, Westlake Village, Calif.; Westfield Topanga, Woodland Hills, Calif.; Glendale Galleria, Glendale, Calif.; Irvine Spectrum, Irvine, Calif.; Bella Terra, Huntington Beach, Calif.; Brentwood, Los Angeles; Westfield Fashion Square, Sherman Oaks, Calif.; Shops at Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, Calif.; and Westfield Century City, Century City, Calif.



Lorna Jane currently operates 130 stores in Australia. According to SPL, the retailer will have 11 to 12 stores open in California by the end of 2012, with another 20 stores slated for 2013.
