SRS brokers four shopping center sales since August

Dallas — SRS Real Estate Partners’ southeast investment sales team has closed five retail shopping center sales since August. The transactions total more than $60 million and over 575,000 sq. ft. of retail real estate. Here are the details:



SRS represented an entity affiliated with Cypress Equities in the acquisition of Promenade Tannehill Shopping center, a 347,000-sq.-ft. regional power center in Bessemer, Ala. The seller was Colonial Properties Trust. Publix, Michaels, J.C. Penney, PetSmart and Ross Dress for Less anchor the center. Shadow anchors include Target and Premiere Cinemas.



SRS represented Urbana Suwanee Jubilee in the purchase of Suwanee Jubilee Shopping Center in Suwanee, Ga. The 73,521-sq. -ft. neighborhood shopping center opened in 2006. The Fresh Market anchors the center.



Miller Group Investment Corporation sold 14 Monticello Road in Weaverville, N.C., which is currently occupied by a 23,627-sq.-ft. Tractor Supply Company, to Cole Credit Property Trust IV. The prices was $5.1 million. SRS represented the seller, Miller Group.



Fort Valley Partners sold Fort Valley Shopping Center, a 71,887-sq.-ft. neighborhood center in Fort Valley, Ga. The buyer was PDQ Fort Valley. SRS represented the seller, Fort Valley Partners.
