WinCo announces stores in Idaho and California

Boise, Idaho — WinCo Foods has announced that it will open two new discount supermarkets on November 7. The stores are located in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho and in Norco, Calif. and span 75,000 sq. ft. and 65,000 sq. ft. respectively.



WinCo Foods is an employee owned company founded in 1967 in Boise. The company operates 90 stores and four distribution centers in Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, Utah and Arizona. A fifth distribution center is under construction in Phoenix, Ariz. WinCo plans to enter the Texas market in early 2014 with stores in Ft. Worth and McKinney.
