Shein teams with 'Love is Blind' stars on Las Vegas wedding pop-up

Shein Love Chapel
Shein Love Chapel comes to Las Vegas Memorial Day weekend.

Shein is hosting its first wedding-focused pop-up experience during Memorial Day weekend, featuring two reality TV stars.

The Chinese-founded, Singapore-based global online fast-fashion giant will offer the "Shein Love Chapel" brick-and-mortar pop-up and wedding experience at Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip.

The event takes place 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. PDT on Saturday, May 25 and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. PDT on Sunday, May 26 – in the middle of the long Memorial Day weekend.

During the two-day activation, select couples will have the opportunity to have non-legally binding "Vegas-hitched" wedding ceremonies. Some ceremonies will be officiated by Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton, stars from season one of the reality TV series "Love Is Blind," in complimentary wedding attire sold on Shein.

Couples interested in taking part in the Shein pop-up wedding experience must register in advance, continuing until Saturday, May 26 at 2 p.m. PDT. The first 30 eligible registrants will be contacted to confirm their requested time slot and will be given 48 hours to confirm their ceremony appointment.

The Shein Love Chapel Retail Pop-Up shop will feature pieces for wedding party members and guests, including bridesmaid dresses and bridal gowns in inclusive sizing, as well as patry dresses, sleepwear and bachelorette accessories and reception décor.

Customers can tag @shein_us and use the hashtag #SHEINLoveChapel to promote the event and their experience on social media.

"We are so honored to be playing a special part in the Shein Love Chapel experience by officiating commitment ceremonies for eligible couples in a city that holds a special place in our hearts," said Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton. "Having renewed our vows in Las Vegas last year, we're thrilled to extend that same love and joy to other lucky couples, making their day just as memorable."

Shein takes active approach to pop-ups

Digitally native Shein has been opening a number of brick-and-mortar pop-ups in the past year. Examples include the holiday pop-up it ran in Forever 21’s Times Square store in late 2023 (Shein is a partner of Forever 21 parent SPARC Group), as well as a Canadian pop-up it ran in Vancouver for three days in April 2024.

Shein has also previously offered a pop-up in Las Vegas, as well as in U.S. locations including Santa Monica, Seattle and Indianapolis; and in Canadian locations including Montreal, Toronto, and Mississauga.

Headquartered in Singapore, Shein offers Shein-branded, affordable apparel and accessories from a global network of vendors.
